AYAM MASAK KICAP PEDAS MADU KARIPULAI ( Daun Kari )

Assalamualaikum dan selamat sejahtera ^__^

Salam hari sabtu yang indah permai ~~ Dah ada idea ke belum untuk masak lunch nanti..kalau belum jom kita menerai Ayam Masak Kicap Pedas Madu Karipulai nii..pasti satu family suka..


Dah lama yana simpan resepi ni baru minggu lepas dapat merasa kesedapnnya..Patutlah Kak Lina asyik duk ulang buat..memang sedap..anak2 yana suka sangat..lunch makan dengan nasi..dinner pulak cicah roti..ibu pun tumpang cicah sekali..enak gitu..Jom semak resepi..Puan tanah nak bersiap sedia siapkan diri..hari ni ada open house lagi..peace~~~



AYAM MASAK KICAP PEDAS KARIPULAI ( Daun Kari )

BAHAN-BAHAN :-

  • 1 ekor ayam dipotong 14 bahagian 
  • 1 bawang besar di hiris2 nipis
  • 3 tangkai daun kari
  • 2 biji buah tomato dibelah 4 setiap satunya(xboh tadak stok)
  • 10 ulas bawang merah dikisar
  • 6 ulas bawang putih dikisar
  • 1 inci halia dikisar
  • 2 batang serai ketuk (linapg tambah) 
  • 2 sudu besar cili kering kisar (linapg gn cili giling)
  • 1 sudu besar sos tiram
  • 2 sudu besar kicap pekat Mahsuri (linapg tambah)
  • 2 sudu besar madu
  • 1 biji cili merah - potong serong (linapg tmbh)
  •  Garam secukup rasa
  • Sedikit serbuk kunyit
  • Sedikit hirisan ketumbar 
CARA MEMBUATNYA

  1. Lumurkan potongan ayam dengan serbuk kunyit dan sedikit garam sehingga rata dan gorengkan seperti biasa sehingga garing. Angkat & toskan
  2. Dengan sedikit lebihan minyak tadi, tumiskan bawang besar,serai & daun kari sehingga agak layu, baru dimasukkan pula bahan2 kisar seperti bawang merah, bawang putih, halia & cili giling dan kacau2kan sehingga agak garing & naik aromanya
  3. Masukkan sos tiram, kicap pekat dan madu, kacau2ka.Tambah garam dan gula (jika perlu).
  4. Apabila kuah sudah pekat, masukkan ayam goreng tadi dan kacau2kan biar sebati dengan kuahnya
  5. Terakhir baru masukkan buah tomato, cili merah dan hirisan daun ketumbar.Kacau2kan lagi
  6. Apabila sudah nampak sebati bolehlah ditutup api & sedia untuk dihidangkan.
