Lecek pisang bersama perisa pisang @ esen vanilla hingga hancur. Ketepikan.</i></span></li>

Kemudian putar hingga rata. Tukar pada kelajuan tinggi dan putar hingga adunan kembang dan pekat seperti adunan kuih bahulu</i></span></li>

Kemudian bila bawang dah kekuningan, masukkan rempah dan goreng sampai wangi. Masukkan daging dan masaklah sampai kering. Sejukkan.</i></span></div>

Bubuh sedikit saja pewarna kuning dan sedikit garam. Jangan banyak sangat garam sebab lauk daging tadi kan dah ada perisa. Panaskan oven suhu 160 darjah. Lauk daging dibahagi kepada 3 bahagian sebab bancuhan ini jadi 3 kuih bakar. Ambil acuan kuih bakar. Letakkan keatas dapur, bubuh ½ sudu minyak sapi (atau marjerin) dan panaskan. Bila minyak sudah panas, perlahankan api dan tuangkan bancuhan tepung tadi hingga paras ¾ penuh ke dalam acuan. Biar kira2 satu minit, pastu sudukan lauk daging ke dalam bancuhan tepung dalam acuan perlahan2. mula dibahagian tengah dan kemudian dalam setiap lekuk acuan. Bila nampak garing pada tepi2 kuih, masukkan ke dalam oven suhu 180 api atas dan bakar guna api atas sahaja (jika ada) selama 15-20 minit. Guna pisau dan keluarkan kuih ketika masih panas. Sambung buat lagi. Makan dengan sos cili. Sedap tau. </i></span></div>
